River Cruise
From 3 to 7 days, the Mirage barge is offered to you on a River Cruise, with a crew made up of navigation staff and a cook. Come and discover the ‘Canal du Midi’, rich in its numerous works from the 17th century, classified as a world heritage site by UNESCO. You can board 2 to 6 passengers and enjoy the calm and charm of the canal in the comfort of a private cruise.
From Carcassonne towards the ‘seuil de Naurouze’, or from Carcassonne towards ‘Somail’, your stay will be organized into half-days of navigation and half-days of guided tours. You will navigate peacefully, through plains made of vineyards, numerous locks, and canal bridges, between the Black Mountain and the Pyrenees chain. Every day, you will have the opportunity to go for a land escapade and discover the specialties of this region. Gourmet food and wine tasting Tour, visits of vineyards, wine cellars, olive groves and truffle fields are all promises to discover local specialties. Without forgetting the visit of the medieval city of Carcassonne, its ramparts, and a tasting of cassoulet.
